We love our Members' dogs, but we need to make sure they know the rules!

• Dogs must be housebroken.

• Dog owners must properly pick up and dispose of their dog’s waste.

• Dogs are only permitted in common areas if they are service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Dogs are permitted only in private offices and are not allowed to roam unsupervised.

• Dogs must be leashed in common areas.

• If a dog is being disruptive, noisy or destructive in any way, Congregate staff can ask the Member to remove the dog from the space.

• Members must complete a Dog Profile and provide proof of vaccination.  

• An annual Dog Member Fee may apply.
